It will do everything a Hair Spa does, without any harmful effects and at such a low cost. So that being said let’s get started with the list. 


Banana is high in natural oils and is a rich source of carbohydrates, and vitamins that provide nourishment and adds moisture to your hair and scalp.

What you have to do is to take one banana and add 2tsp of honey and olive oil to it. Blend this in a blender and then apply this paste all over your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse it with a mild shampoo and conditioner.


Fenugreek which is also known as Methi is packed with Iron, potassium, proteins, and vitamins that helps in fight baldness and encourages hair growth.

Soak 5-6 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Grind these seeds in the morning. Add 2 tbsp of coconut oil to it and make a fine paste. Apply this paste all over your scalp and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it with lukewarm water.

Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzymes which repair dead skin cells on the scalp. It contains amino acids, and vitamin A, B, C and E that helps in reduce dandruff and condition your hair. It gives more elasticity to your hair and prevents them from any breakage.

Take one leaf of aloe vera and pull out its gel with the help of the spoon. Blend this gel in a blender. You can also add curd and coconut oil to it. Mix this well and then apply it and leave it for about 20-25 minutes. Focus on the tips as these are the most damaged part of your hair.


The malt and hops found in your beer are loaded with protein, which nourishes and strengthens your hair. It also contains B vitamins that give your hair a smooth and shiny texture. They actually tighten the hair cuticles, which makes light bounce off of your hair.

Leave the beer out overnight so that it goes flat. First, wash your hair with your regular shampoo and then conditioned it with your conditioner. Pour the flat beer through your hair and massage it into your scalp. Wait for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.

The best way to conditioning your hair is with eggs. Egg contains lots of protein which helps in rebuild damaged hair and strengthens the hair.

Place the egg white and yolk into a bowl. Add 1tbsp of olive oil to it. Mix it thoroughly with the help of folk. Apply this paste all over your scalp and cover it a shower cap. Leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with a mild shampoo.


Flax seeds are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids.They nourish the hair follicles making them stronger and less prone to breakage. Omega 3 fatty acid also improves hair elasticity.

Soak a 1/4th cup of flax seeds overnight. In the morning boil it on high flame for 15-20 minutes. It would become a bit thick and sticky like a gel. Strain this infusion. The remaining flax seeds can be dried up and stored away for further use. Apply this gel-like texture all over your scalp and massage it. rinse it after 30 minutes with your regular shampoo.


The reetha makes your hair shinier and softer. It is an anti-bacterial and antifungal in nature and keeps your scalp free from dandruff and prevents hair loss.

Take 2 tbsp of reetha powder and add yogurt to it. You can also add honey to it. Mix this well and make a smooth paste. Apply it all over your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes then rinse it with cold water.


Apple cider vinegar contains many vitamins and it also balances the pH level of the scalp and removes any dead skin from hair follicles that could be preventing new hair growth.

Rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar before your normal shampoo routine. Do it two or three times per week for better results.


Yogurt has lactic acid which is great for cleansing the scalp and clearing away dead skin cells to help your hair follicles grow and at the same time honey helps in retaining moisture in hair plus honey is also said to strengthen hair follicles for healthy growth.

Mix curd and honey well and apply the paste all over your scalp. Leave it for 30minutes and then rinse it with your regular shampoo.
