Powder eyeshadows can be classified into two types- Loose and Pressed powders. Powder eyeshadows are very easy in application as they blend easily. They are highly pigmented and stay long. If you are a beginner then go for these eyeshadows. It will give you a smooth and stunning finish.

Cream Eyeshadow

Cream eyeshadow’s are very light on skin & feels almost nothing like heavy duty makeup. It blends easily without creasing and has a fabulous staying power. Cream eyeshadows come in various shapes- pencils, pots; crayons usually fall into this group.

Tip– If you wear cream eyeshadow on hot and humid days then we recommend you set it with a translucent powder to prevent creasing.

Liquid Eyeshadow

Liquid eyeshadows come in a sleek translucent tube like lip gloss. It’s really easy to apply them but one thing that you need to keep in your mind is that they dry out quickly, so keep your application as quickly as possible.

Baked Eyeshadows

These eyeshadows are cream based but baked in an oven to dry them out. They are easily recognized by their peculiar dome-shape. These eyeshadows provide you a smooth and even application with each sweep of color and offer rich pigmentation for a beautiful effect.  This basically makes it your go-to eyeshadow formula for any day to a night event.

TEXTURES

Matte Textured Eyeshadows

Matte eyeshadows are described as- no shine, no glitter, no frost. These produce a flat, almost air-brushed finish. Mattes don’t reflect light thus being ideal for contouring and defining. This is my favorite eyeshadow finish because of the intense color and airbrush effect.

Shimmer Textured EyeshadowsGirl’ who dont love’ to radiate like glitters! These are your little on board secreat to glam up any party or traditional look. A dash of color aced with shimmering eyeshadow is all enough to add up life to your makeup. They have a subtle sheen with just the right amount of sparkle to make your eyes look great and especially wonderful for night time.
