Initially i was lean healthy and active but once i moved into my professional world after University, everything went off to the wrong side. And believe me i could hardly trace it or have a clue. How It Works
Tabata workout is fabricated with 20-seconds HIIT (Burpee, Lunges, Jumping jacks, Hindu sqaut etc) with 10-seconds of resting leap, followed by intense muscle training (Planks, Push-Ups, Mountain climbers, Russian twist, Kettle ball or Lunges).
